AARON R. TILLMANN, J.D., LL.M.
The Law Firm of Aaron R. Tillmann, P.L.L.C. was founded in 2009. Mr. Tillmann graduated from the Gonzaga School of Law in 2005, and shortly thereafter became a member of the Utah Bar. Seeing a need for proper tax guidance in the State of Utah, Mr. Tillmann returned to school at the Boston University, School of Law, and obtained an LL.M. in Taxation (a legal masters in taxation)
Mr. Tillmann has worked for Poulton Yordan, a securities law firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. He assisted in negotiating stock purchase agreements between international organizations. Drafted employee stock purchase, stock option, phantom stock, and grant plans. Mr. Tillmann also had the pleasure of working with his friends at Seal & Kennedy, a full service estate-planning firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. He provided clients with wealth transfer planning, posthumous planning, probate assistance and probate litigation.
Additionally, Mr. Tillmann takes great pride in his pro bono work, assisting clients in obtaining 501(c)(3) status for non-profit charities. He has also worked to protect and serve in guardianship hearings to assist those in need.
Tillmann Law is a Utah based law firm engaged in the practice areas of Bankruptcy, Tax Resolution, Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Family Law and Business Structuring and Planning. The firm operates out of South Jordan a suburb of Salt Lake City, Utah. Our firm is located in the Riverfront Business Park just off 106th South off of I-15.
